This Privacy Policy explains how the Lullaby website (favoritelullaby.com) and the Lullaby mobile app handle information. Lullaby is designed to be private by default: it works without accounts and does not ask you for personal data.

The Lullaby app requires no account and no sign-in. Your in-app settings — the chosen lullaby, favorites, sleep-timer and volume preferences, and an optional baby's name you type — are stored only on your device and are not transmitted to us.
We do not collect your name, email, phone number, address, or any account information. Lullaby audio and cover art are streamed from our content service, so the server delivering that content may process standard technical data (such as your IP address, browser or device type, and the file requested) to serve the request and keep the service running. This is not used to build a profile of you.
Standard technical data is used only to deliver content, maintain security, prevent abuse, and understand aggregate, non-identifying usage. We do not sell your data and do not share personal information with third parties for their marketing.
The lullabies and cover artwork in Lullaby are generated with the help of artificial intelligence and curated by us. They are original works provided for your personal listening within the website and app. No personal data is involved in this content.
The website uses browser local storage for lightweight preferences (such as the last lullaby you played) and to remember your cookie choice. With your consent, Google Analytics sets analytics cookies to measure aggregate usage — these stay off until you accept (see Analytics below). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The app stores its settings locally on your device.
The app contains no third-party advertising SDKs and no ads of any kind.
Lullaby is intended to be used by a parent or caregiver to play music for a child. It does not knowingly collect any personal information from children, contains no behavioural advertising, and has no social or messaging features.
Because your preferences live on your device, you can clear them at any time by deleting the app or clearing your browser storage. Visitors in the EU/EEA have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, and restriction under the GDPR, and may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde).
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
